Cuyahoga County Golden Ciphers Program
The Golden Ciphers program will provide accountability-based services to assist in reducing DMC among juveniles ages 12 – 17 who are referred by law enforcement personnel, the juvenile court, county prosecutor, and schools as a result of law enforcement action or a complaint. The program will assist youth in understanding and dealing with the conflicts and issues that confront them in their homes, schools, and communities
